Product Warranty

Under the condition of having purchase vouchers, Aprilsmart offers the following product warranty services to the buyers.

Warranty Details:

Within two years, Aprilsmart offers comprehensive color and accessory warranties.
After the warranty period ends, the buyer can choose to purchase the necessary replacement parts at a lower price.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by human factors or environmental conditions, or natural changes in the materials.
Due to incorrect installation, misuse, abuse, modifications not made by an Aprilsmart representative, or damage caused by pets, Aprilsmart will not provide warranty coverage.
In addition, the natural variations in the color, texture or particle size of the materials, the natural deformation of the product, and the natural color changes that occur over time are not covered by the warranty. Finally, failure to follow Aprilsmart’s size recommendations, oversized dimensions, and specifications that do not match are also not covered by the warranty.

Aprilsmart has the authority to decide on the solution to warranty issues, such as whether to repair the product or replace it. Non-defective products are not included in the warranty coverage. To avoid excessive repairs or replacements, the Aprilsmart team will handle defective products and strive to bring them back to their original specifications.
If you choose the product accessories from a third-party brand, the warranty service for these accessories will be provided by the third-party brand.
Any visible damage must be reported to Aprilsmart within three days of delivery or installation; otherwise, no warranty will be provided.

Aprilsmart guarantees that the professional installation service will be free of defects when purchased together with the product.
As long as the product is installed and within three years from that point, and after providing the purchase certificate, this warranty will be in effect.
Within the warranty period, Aprilsmart will provide necessary repair services free of charge for three years. If the product needs to be disassembled during the repair process, it will be free to reinstall it for you.

Aprilsmart does not provide any other warranties beyond those explicitly stated in the written agreement，In addition to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Aprilsmart disclaims any responsibility for loss of profits or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Certain state laws might not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, meaning these limitations may not be applicable to all individuals.
This guarantee confers specific legal rights which may vary depending on the region.
