Return Policy:

Due to the custom nature of Aprilsmart shades, which are made according to specific customer requirements, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy:

Time Limit for Exchange: Customers who notice discrepancies in size, color, or other order details upon delivery can request an exchange within 15 days.

Exchange Due to Quality Issues: If an exchange is needed because of quality issues, Aprilsmart will provide free exchange or repair services and cover all related shipping costs.

Exchange for Non-Quality Issues: Aprilsmart does not accept exchanges for reasons unrelated to quality, such as changes in size or color requested by the customer.

Return and Exchange Process:

Application for Return or Exchange: Customers must submit their requests for returns or exchanges through Aprilsmart’s official customer service channels, including relevant order information and the reasons for their request.

Customer Service Review: Aprilsmart’s customer service team will review applications within 1-3 business days and guide customers through the next steps of the return or exchange process.

Inspection of Returned or Exchanged Items: Upon receiving the returned product, Aprilsmart will inspect it. After confirming the condition of the item, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days.

Refund Timing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
